Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has spent her career aiding adolescents, adults, and couples with building more fulfilling lives. From their first meeting with Stephanie, clients recognize her sincere interest for building a respectful, trusting, and genuine therapeutic relationship.
Stephanie utilizes various evidence-based treatment styles that she tailors to each individual client’s needs. She has experience supporting those who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, managing emotions, and building self-confidence. Stephanie is an LGBTQIA advocate and values diversity.

Stephanie is skilled in assisting those feeling the need for changing a behavior, developing healthy coping skills, or fostering relationships. She meets her clients where they are and utilizes her non-judgmental, caring nature to encourage them to reach their goals.
