“Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.” Oscar Wilde

Gina Gabriano is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor who enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. She focuses on building the therapeutic relationship and collaborates with clients on their mental health journey.

Gina has extensive experience working with trauma stemming from her experiences working with survivors of domestic violence at a non-profit and with inmates in the county jail system.

Gina is also passionate about working with people who are struggling with grief. She understands that grief is loss, and that loss comes in many forms. Depression, anxiety, attachment wounds, and life adjustments are other issues that Gina enjoys helping people navigate.

Gina uses an eclectic approach including person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and existentialism. She seeks to provide a nonjudgmental space where people can become who they want to be.
