Marcia Blake is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 15 years of experience helping people navigate the difficult seasons of life. Marcia has accumulated experience in group and individual counseling in residential, community mental health, and private practice settings.

Marcia has a wide range of skills helping adolescents and adults with issues such as depression, bipolar, generalized anxiety, grief and loss, borderline personality disorder, trauma, school related issues, adjustment and substance use disorders.

Marcia places a high value on rapport building and strongly believes that each client is an expert on themselves. She uses an eclectic approach which includes but is not limited to CBT, DBT, solution-focused, strengths-based, and motivational interviewing strategies. These approaches can be complemented with creative techniques such as using poetry, journaling, music, and art!
