Pam C. Lyons is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with 13 years of professional development as a therapist. Pam is also a Hurricane Katrina Survivor, so she knows first hand how trauma can affect someone and their family, and how utilizing help can heal, restore, and give one’s power back to become resilient and pay it forward. She loves what she does and would love to instill hope and provide tools to live a transformational and empowered life.

Pam is an interactive, Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
